Hi, I'm Jason Casady

An Austin-based sports, event, and documentary-style photographer with a growing focus on concerts and festivals.

I’m drawn to real moments; the movement, energy, and in-between frames that tell the story of what it actually felt like to be there. From race courses and live music venues, to packed festival crowds, I focus on capturing things as they happen, not as they’re staged.

I shoot for brands and events including Adidas, Nike, Saucony, Rabbit, the California International Marathon, the Houston Marathon, and many more.

My background in fast-paced sports and live events naturally translates into concert and festival photography, where timing, adaptability, and reading the room matter just as much as the shot itself.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually riding bikes or out for a run, which keeps me connected to the same communities I photograph. That on-the-move mindset carries into my work; favoring immersion over observation and authenticity over perfection.
